1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites authoritydrift.com and authoritydriftbook.com (collectively, the "Sites"), and the books, digital courses, memberships, cohort programs, live events, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Limit Proof Life, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing the Sites, purchasing any Service, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or Services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites or purchase Services. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
Certain Services require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a Service, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.
5.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability).
5.2 Subscriptions
Some Services (such as the Authority Reset Network) are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout (annual or monthly). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period.
5.4 Payment Plans
Where a Service is offered on a payment plan (for example, the Authority Reset Course at two payments of $297), you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment automatically. Failure to pay an installment may result in suspension of access to the Service until the balance is current.
6. Refund Policy
Because our Services include digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However:
- Books and physical products: Damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Digital courses and memberships: Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are not guaranteed.
- Cohort programs and live events: Subject to the specific cancellation terms disclosed at registration.
- Subscriptions: Already-paid periods are non-refundable. Cancel to stop future charges.
7. License and Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites and within the Services - including the book The Authority Drift, course videos, audio recordings, workbooks, journals, calendars, written copy, logos, marks, designs, and the Authority Reset framework - is owned by or licensed to Limit Proof Life, LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content
- Share account access or course access with others
- Record, download, or extract video or audio content unless explicitly permitted
- Use our content to train AI or machine learning models
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Authority Reset brand, marks, or framework for your own coaching, training, or commercial offering without express written permission
8. User Content
If you post content in our community, submit a referral, leave a testimonial, or otherwise contribute material to the Services ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content you contribute, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
9. Community Conduct
If you participate in the Authority Reset Community or other group offerings, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and discretion
- Keep private conversations and member identities confidential
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation, or self-promotion outside designated channels
- Comply with any additional community guidelines posted by us
We may remove content or members who violate these standards at our sole discretion.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
No professional advice. Content on the Sites and within the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of regulated professional service. We are not a substitute for qualified professionals. Consult a licensed therapist, doctor, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor for matters in those domains.
No earnings guarantee. Any references to results, outcomes, transformations, or income are illustrative and not promises. Individual results vary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Limit Proof Life, LLC, its officers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $200, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limit Proof Life, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Sites and Services may link to or integrate third-party platforms (Stripe, GoHighLevel, Zoom, etc.). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, miscellaneous) will survive.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms on the Sites. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in either) constitute the entire agreement between you and Limit Proof Life, LLC regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
